Craving the vibrant flavors of bruschetta but want something even easier to share? This Easy Bruschetta Dip is your answer! All the fresh taste of classic bruschetta transformed into a scoopable, creamy appetizer that’s guaranteed to be a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe Roma tomatoes, finely diced (about 4-5 medium)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or balsamic glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
  • For serving: Toasted baguette slices, crostini, pita chips, or crackers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the finely diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar (or glaze), salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine. Let this bruschetta mixture sit for at least 15 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. If using, gently fold in the finely grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Carefully fold the bruschetta mixture into the cream cheese base until just combined. Be gentle to avoid bruising the tomatoes and basil.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. For optimal flavor and consistency, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
  5. Serve chilled with toasted baguette slices, crostini, pita chips, or your favorite crackers. Enjoy your appetizer perfection!
